- In 2005 oil production from 26 onshore and offshore oilfields totaled 1,188,370 tons, associated gas – 17.31 mln m3.
- LUKOIL I Oil Terminal, Izhevskoye village, transshipped 4,683,600 tons of crude oil and petroleum products in 2005, and overall, as of the end 2005, 19,600,000 tons since its start-up.
- LPG capacity of the Gas-Filling Plant being the only producer of butane-propane motor gas in Kaliningrad region ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 tons per year. In 2005 LPG sales in the region reached 33,840 tons. The gas is also exported.
- Steel Fabrication Yard manufactures structures for offshore oil platforms, bridges, buildings, and other complex installations, and also mobile drilling rigs, LPG tank containers. In 2005 the Yard lunched construction of the Fixed Offshore Ice-resistant Offloading Terminal of the Varandey Oil Terminal.
- Petroleum Sales Department runs a network of petrol (31) and gas (9) service stations in Kaliningrad region where all types of LUKOIL-produced fuels and lubricants can be purchased.

| Oil terminal celebrated 5-year anniversary |

Integrated Oil Terminal (IOT), which a business unit of OOO LUKOIL-KMN located in Izhevskoye village, aged 5 years. Not only employees of the Terminal but also a number of guests: local politicians, businessmen and reporters, gathered in the office building of the Terminal on 24 November 2006 to celebrate this significant event for Kaliningrad oilmen.
Yuriy Stepanovich Kadzhojan, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-KMN, reminded that in 2005 designers and top managers of the Terminal were awarded with the RF Government Prize for creating a fundamentally new, environment friendly facilities to efficiently export oil and petroleum products. He also thanked the team of oilmen for they have managed not only to construct terminal of that kind in the shortest time but also made its operation successful, profitable and promising. The General Director emphasized that the oilmen succeeded to combine high level of environmental safety, new standard of resource saving and industrial risk, international level of equipment and technologies, and multipurpose capabilities to fulfill task goals. In conclusion Yuriy Stepanovitch Kadzhojan read congratulations with anniversary from the President of OAO LUKOIL, Vagit Usufovich Alekperov.
The principle part of the anniversary celebration ceremony was awarding of the oilmen with certificates of honor. A rank of Honorable Oilmen was given to the current terminal director Iljas Vladimirovich Avokjan for a special contribution to development of the Oil Terminal. And, upon closing of the meeting the participants were invited by the General Director to sign on anniversary poster.
Integrated Oil Terminal was commissioned 26 November 2001. At present storage capacity of the tank farm is 120,000 cu m. Depth of the water area is sufficient for tankers of 20,000 dwt to be moored at the Terminal.
